2017 Fall Association Meeting

The North Carolina District Attorneys Association will host this year’s Fall Association Meeting in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina! Please join us October 18-20 on the beach at the beautiful DoubleTree by Hilton Oceanfront Hotel to take full advantage of our information filled CLE program!

Please complete the registration form below along with your payment information. You will not be pre-registered for the meeting if we do not recieve both registration form and payment.

PROSECUTOR (w/o dues) - [$85.00 + $2.85 paypal fee] (Includes CLE hours, breakfasts, and social food/drinks)
OTHERS - [$135.00 + $4.39 paypal fee] (The NCDAA meeting is open to other public interest attorneys in the AOC and the Attorney Generals' office. Includes CLE hours, breakfasts, and social food/drinks)
ADULT GUESTS - [$60.00 + $2.10 paypal fee] (Includes dinner and drinks at the social)

Registration will begin at 12:45PM on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 with the first general session starting at 2:00 PM.

Cuttoff Date: *The last day to reserve your room at the group rate is September 29, 2017.

Registration:

Early registration tis $110.00 and includes your annual association dues of $25, 12 hours CLE, 2 breakfasts, all breaks and the Thursday evening social. Early registration ends on October 12, 2017.  Registration after October 12th and at the door will be an additional $20. 

If payment is not received at the time we receive the registration form, you are not considered registered and the $20 additional fee will apply at the door.

Registration Return Policy:

We understand if you experience a conflict and are unable to attend. In order for your registration fee to be returned to you, please call our office by the Friday BEFORE the Association Meeting, and ask to speak to Erica Quillet. She will obtain your information and send you a form confirming your cancellation, along with your voided check. However, if you do not cancel your registration prior to the cutoff, your registration fee will NOT be refunded.

Reimbursement:

A travel reimbursement form will be provided to you in your meeting packet upon arrival to the Conference. If your Elected District Attorney or a designated person authorized to sign travel reimbursement forms is present at the Association Meeting, he/she must sign your travel reimbursement form. If this person is not in attendance, Peg Dorer (Conference Director) is authorized to sign your reimbursement.
