8C-412, prohibiting counsel for the defendant, and the defendant himself, should
he testify, from inquiring into, testifying about, offering evidence of, or
questioning the State’s witnesses about any evidence relating to the past sexual
behavior of the victim of the above referenced rape and/or sexual offense during
