I, Sara A. Lane, do hereby state and agree to the following: 

 

1. I am an employee of OfficeMax #911, 619 NC Hwy. 24/27 Bypass East, Albemarle, North Carolina 28001; and,
2. The State of North Carolina, by and through Michael Parker of the District Attorney’s Office, has contracted OfficeMax to photocopy documents, photographs, evidence and information contained in the file of the above captioned case, a murder case, in Stanly County in order to comply with statutory discovery requirements; and,
3. The Administrative Office of the Courts has been ordered to reimburse OfficeMax for the cost of copying this information; and,
4. I have been selected to do the copying of this information; and,
5. I understand and agree that I will be handling and viewing confidential information, photographs, evidence and documents that will be used in the prosecution of the above referenced case; and,
6. I agree that I will not divulge or disseminate any information that I might learn about this case and this investigation to anyone and that to do so could subject me to contempt of court proceedings; and,
7. I agree that I will not intentionally alter, delete, change or add anything to the information, documents, photographs or evidence contained in this case file and that to do so could subject me to contempt of court proceedings; and,
