         NOW COMES THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA, by and through the undersigned Assistant District Attorney and give Notice to the Defendant and the Court of the State’s intention to introduce evidence of the following certain types of evidence during the trial of the above captioned matter:

 

_____  Evidence of a state or statements made by the defendant.

 

_____  Evidence obtained by virtue of a search without a search warrant.

 

_____  Evidence obtained as a result of execution of a search warrant that was executed at a time when the defendant was not present.

 

_____  Evidence of the defendant’s prior criminal convictions which were obtained more than 10 years prior to the date of trial.
