         THIS MATTER COMING ON TO BE HEARD, and being heard, before the undersigned Superior Court Judge upon the State’s Motion for Funds to Facilitate Discovery in the above captioned case, and after hearing arguments from both the State and the Defendant, it is hereby

 

         ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that:

 

1.       When the Sate is ready to comply with discovery in the above captioned case, the State may employ OfficeMax #911, 619 NC Hwy. 24/27 Bypass East, Albemarle, North Carolina 28001 to photocopy the materials which are to be turned over to the defendant during discovery in the above captioned case; and,

 

2.       OfficeMax #911, 619 NC Hwy. 24/27 Bypass East, Albemarle, North Carolina 28001 shall be required to execute a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement prior to beginning the photocopying of discoverable material; and,

 

3.       The cost of such photocopying, not to exceed $1000.00 absent additional findings and orders of the Court, be paid by the Administrative Office of the Courts.
