         THIS MATTER COMING ON TO BE HEARD, and being heard at the July 24, 2000 term of Stanly County Criminal Superior Court upon the State’s Motion entitled State’s Request and Alternative Motion for Reciprocal Discovery in the above entitled case, the Court, having heard arguments from both the State and the Defendant does hereby GRANT the State’s Motion; and, does: 

 

         ORDER, ADJUDGE AND DECREE that the defendant in the above entitled action shall comply with the statutory reciprocal discovery requirements and turn over any discoverable material that the defendant intends to use at trial in a manner that allows the State time to review and investigate the materials prior to trial.
