PROSECUTING THE DRUGGED DRIVER

This intensive five-day course covers all aspects of Drug Recognition Expert testimony and the prosecution of drivers impaired on drugs other than alcohol. It will include an overview of the DRE protocol, working with experts, case investigation and preparation, common challenges, and trial advocacy.

Reimbursements: If you are in overnight status (you must live at least 35 miles away from the conference site), you may claim meals on your reimbursement form. If you are not in overnight status, you will not be reimbursed for anything other than mileage and daily parking.
