Administrative Court is designed to handle minor traffic offenses without requiring those charged with these offenses to sit through a regular session of District Court. There are no officers present, and trials are not conducted in Administrative Court. The public is served on a first-come, first-served basis, with each person having a chance to speak to the prosecutor.
