Travel Policies and Procedures

Traveling is a necessary operation of state government. The below travel policies should establish guidelines and procedures for individuals incurring case related travel on the State’s behalf, as well as prosecutors who require travel for witnesses and/or victims. AOC Travel Request Form - This is the official travel request form for all AOC travel. The form also includes a list of guidelines that should be followed when requesting and carrying out travel.
AOC Witness Travel Policy - The purpose of this policy is to provide guidance when the District Attorney’s (DA) office has a need for fact witnesses, victims and/or expert witnesses that are necessary for trial and for processing of witness appearance fees.
AOC Out of State Travel to Interview A Witness - The purpose of this policy is to provide guidance when the District Attorney’s (DA)office has a need to travel out-of-state to interview witnesses.
