Cases involving Abusive Head Trauma in infants and young children are highly ligtigated and often controversial. They frequently involve competing experts and complex medical evidence as well as legal hurdles and developing caselaw. This course will provide prosecutors with resources and tools to handle these cases from start to finish to ensure justice for the most vulnerable victims.
