Court can be intimidating, but not if you are prepared. This two-day trial advocacy course is all about practice for impaired driving cases. After each lecture, we will break out into small groups and practice what we discussed: everything from testifying about SFSTs to breath testing. Students will learn different ways to present evidence so the case comes alive for the trier of fact, leading to successful prosecutions of these difficult cases.
