The offenders may be youthful, but the offenses are often serious, and the procedure is most certainly complicated. Dealing with serious offenses with juvenile offenders offers its own set of unique challenges, from dealing with interfamilial offenses to knowing how to make hard choices when it comes to disposition and transfer. This course will offer assistance to prosecutors who are regularly handling these difficult cases.
