The Money Matters course offers greater tools and knowledge to understand, analyze, and organize evidence in financial crime cases. This course will concentrate on the practical skills of working with complicated and voluminous evidence to effectively investigate and prosecute modern crimes. This course will also equip prosecutors with the necessary tools to solve the most common scenarios presented in financial crime prosecutions. The participants will leave with a better understanding of what cases belong in criminal court and what cases should be resolved outside the criminal justice system. This course will be offered twice this year, with slight modifications in the agenda based on emerging trends and new developments in the law.
